Advertising is the key to everything! Although we advertise all our events, we are specific about where and when we place our adverts - nothing is random. Getting people through the door is one thing, getting people through the door who want to spend money is something else entirely! For MBS events, we use national publications relevant to this area of interest, such as Fate & Fortune and Spirit & Destiny, so that we can be sure that the people reading the advert will be people who are interested in coming to see YOU. We also advertise in local publications and in venues that attract an MBS-orientated clientele via the use of advertising cards, leaflets and brochures.

In this case the internet is invaluable! We of course advertise on our own site, and on our My Space page from which we send regular bulletins containing event information. We also advertise on third party sites, MBS forums and directory sites as well as local "What's On" sites.

We compile a comprehensive Event Programme which is available, free of charge, approximately four weeks before each event. This is available both as a download and as a printed copy. We will inform you when the programme is available so that you can direct your customers to the site. Our programmes contain full event information and, specifically, information on each individual exhibitor.

It is in your best interest to advertise your attendance as widely as possible in order to get your money's worth from an event. We want you to be successful at our events, and we will do our utmost to ensure that this is the case, but we need you to help too.

We ask all Exhibitors to advertise events they are taking part in on their websites and via emails to their customers. This is probably the best way to reach everyone, but you have access to your client base, we don't! For each of our events we print several thousand large, full colour, high gloss advertising cards containing full event information. These are available to all exhibitors to send out to their individual customer bases, either as a mailshot or as an insert when you send out orders. Programme Advertisements

You may wish to place an advert in the Event Programme, in addition to the information we provide, in order to boost your profile and encourage people to your stand. Our advertising rates are extremely reasonable and you can order your advertising space on the registration form.
